You might be wondering why I have posted such a silly song as my opening number. Well, since Ryker was born I have sang that song to him ... "you are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are gray ..." Anyhow, he loves the song and can sing it all by himself. He wants me to sing it to him almost everyday at least once. He really is my sunshine and makes me smile everyday. I can't believe that he is going to be three years old. It really brings a tear to my eye because he has grown up so quickly. He is such a loving little boy. He loves to give me kisses and it really brightens my day. He has a mind of his own and is so curious about the world around him. He is stubborn and refuses to be potty trained. Today, he sat on the toilet for two hours and refused to give in. He challenges me in every way but I wouldn't change him for anything. He has been the best big brother and loves to make Talya smile and laugh. He always wants to help me around the house and I hope that continues as he grows up. He loves to play pretend and is always being a little puppy or a cowboy. So .. to my little sunshine ... happy third birthday in two weeks. We love ya!!

Oh Ryker...Oh Shalee... you almost made me cry with this post! I can't believe he is already three. He is such a creative, talented, imaginative boy. I hope he has a great birthday!
