I don't know about the rest of you but I am very excited for Christmas. I know that both of my kids will enjoy getting a few new toys and I think that Ryker might understand the idea of Santa. JC and I have had a disagreement on our Christmas tree, so we are not putting it up this year. So we put a small tree in Ryker's room and he has enjoyed turning on and off the lights each day. We were also surprised by a little snow storm today. It only snowed about an inch but both of the kids were excited to get out and ride in the sled. I was very surprised by Talya who loved the snow. The best part of the day was when we went to the Layton Park light show. Talya was clapping as we walked through the lights and dancing to the music. It is a moment I hope to never forget. Merry Christmas to all and hopefully I'll blog sooner then later.

Good heavens, no tree? What will we do about that? Where will you put all the gifts to me, your favorite neighbor.... that lives on the corner....that is the mother and wife of your actual favorite neighbors???
Oh well, I'm sure the kids will be thrilled with the Christmas stuff just the same. :)
What are you the grinch? You can't just not do a tree! JK. I'm glad you at least are doing one for Ryker. I guess that counts.
So...JC never caved on the tree issue. Dang. I figured you'd just go out and buy one anyway! Not having a Christmas tree is just plain wrong. I'm tempted to go out and get you one myself! ;)
I remember one year when JC was little when his mother drew a picture of a Christmas Tree complete with decorations. Then Santa put the presents on the floor under the tree.
Do you remember that JC?
