Can you imagine believing that there is a real live Buzz Lightyear? Or that when you hide under a blanket that your mom really cant find you? Such is the life of kids. At what point in our life do those things change. When do we stop playing pretend and start realizing that things in life are not always the way they seem. Sometimes I would love to turn back time to simpler way of life. I would love to be a kid again and not have to worry about all the chores in life. That is the great thing about these kids, they help me remember that life doesn't always have to be so serious. Yes, Ryker wanted to send his picture in the mail to Heavenly Father. Isn't that great!! My kids love to dress up and play pretend. I love when I ask Ryker - "Are you being a lion?" and he replies, "Mom, I am not a real lion, just for pretend." Oh, yea, I didn't realize that. So for today, I want to be a kid again and just play pretend.
