Another week part 2

On Thursday my sister from Tennessee arrived to spend a few weeks with our family. Whenever she comes we pack the days full of activities and fun for the kids. Our first adventure was to Lagoon. We bought Ryker and Isaac (his cousin) passes to spend the day at Lagoon. One of my favority things about being a parent is enjoying life through my kids. It was fun to watch him enjoy the rides - unfortunately, I opted to leave Talya with Grandma and Dad for the day.



My kids are so lucky to have awesome grandparents on both sides - they are always spoiled by them. My mom decided it would be fun to buy a large blow up toy for the grandkids to play on while visiting. So, here they are jumping and sliding at my mom's house. We also enjoyed spending time on the boat with 5 kids in life jackets it was an adventure -


Strawberry Days was on Saturday and it has been a family tradition ever since I can remember. We meet at my grandma's in Lindon for hours of parade adventure. It has to be the longest parade in Utah. We bake in the sun while floats, bands and queens drive by. It is fun to watch the kids get excited about the candy but after an hour and a half we decided to call it quits and headed back to grandmas house. We set up the pool and cooled off before heading to the rodeo. Talya was in awe with the rodeo animals and was very worried about the cowboys. Ryker was a little bored and distracted but I think he enjoyed it. Overall, it was a fun day with the entire family and a great week.
